Xusic B.V. (the Platform) provides a rights included production music catalogue which can be licensed for video content productions.

Who is responsible for processing personal data?

Xusic B.V. is responsible for processing personal data. Your privacy is of great importance to us. We therefore comply with the relevant legislation on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To what does this privacy statement apply?

This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data in our services, including the use of the Platform and the use of our website www.xusic.com and any services offered on it. With this privacy statement we want to inform you about the way we handle personal data.

What personal data do we process?

When using our services, we process data that we have obtained because you use our services and / or because you yourself have provided. In some cases, this data can also be personal data.

It concerns personal data such as your name email address and social media channel such as a YouTube Channel, but also other personal data that you actively provide to us, for example in correspondence or by phone.

We use this data for testing and troubleshooting purposes, and to generate statistics about our services. For the processing of payments, we use the services of the payment provider Buckaroo. (www.buckaroo.eu). If you use the services of Buckaroo, (personal) data may be processed, such as your name, your bank account number and the name of your bank. Xusic B.V. will keep your personal data as long as necessary for the above processing purposes or to comply with its legal obligations.

For example, if you have placed an order, we will keep the information until the order is completed and seven years thereafter (the legal retention period). Data you entered on the Platform we will keep for as long as we need that data to provide the requested service.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

This privacy statement can be modified. In that case, we will publish the amended privacy statement on our website, after which this privacy statement is immediately applicable. The last update of this statement is dated 1 December 2021.
