WHO ARE WE
We are Xusic, part of Schimmer Music Productions. SMP is the Amsterdam based market leading independant music library of the Benelux, founded by Martijn Schimmer who is known for sonic branding on television shows such as The Voice. With partners all over the globe, we publish our music world wide for television, streaming, VOD, feature film and commercials. With Xusic, we offer a fair trade gateway to make film- and television grade music accessible for online content creators.

OUR MISSION
Martijn Schimmer has gained success through his intellectual property, and is why he wants other aspiring artists to flourish using this same system. It is Xusic's mission to inform artists about intellectual property and copyrights and offer them a platform so they can be compensated fairly for their works. For the end user, this means having limitless access to quality music for endless possibilities while directly supporting the artists.

SUPPORTING MUSIC PRODUCERS
Xusic's producers are rightfully compensated for their creative works. Besides us sharing a percentage of our royalty pool with our producers based on tracks and downloads, they also keep the ownership of their music while we publish their music worldwide via international partnering music libraries. This means that they earn royalties internationally whenever their music gets used online, on television, in commercials, etc. Lastly, we publish their music on music streaming platforms like Spotify, of which the producers receive 80% of the streaming royalties. This makes three passive revenue streams through royalties.
